Been using this app for years however I have yet to tried the paid features 10 10 would recommend it s the most accurate free tuning app I ve come across and is very easy to use                     Kat Casey

This app is awesome Accurate handy and so many tunings available Hats off to all the folks over at Guitar Tuna Great job Also I was looking through the reviews and saw one person complaining about lack of Bass Guitar tunings Hogwash There are 6 for 4 string and 4 for 5 string plus there are slots for saving custom tunings Plus if you need 30 different tunings to get your sound you re doing it wrong                     Sean Larabee

This app is awesome Between this my guitar teacher and about 3 months time I learned guitar It s fun being able to sit down and play with any song now I highly recommend this app for tuning a variety of instruments in different ways The other features are definitely helpful for beginners as well Thanks for this very helpful app                     Mean Gene

Great app just unhappy about the learning to play areas you play the right chord and all lights up green perfectly but doesnt acknowledge it and go onto the next chord and takes a few more strums sometimes even more for it to kick in and yes I am playing the chords perfectly doesnt help as it takes too long for it to recognise the chord has been played and the time runs out so hard to get perfect score Please fix it             Brad Mattison

Great app My only possible complaint is that it seems to nag me about rating the app at least once nearly every time I use it immediately after tuning every string Isn t once enough This gets annoying because when I tune my guitar I like to make sure to go over every string again after tuning all of them once for fine tuning purposes When I try to do this the annoying rating screen pops up and gets in my way It s just a minor annoyance really It still deaerves 5 stars in my book                     Mike Adkins

The app missis notes in the chord games sometimes have to play them repeatedly before it will pick them up Also registers chords that have not been played Aside from that it s an amazing app The tuner is acurate the chord library is extremly benificial and other features like the chord ear trainer make it verry usefull All in all worth the download                 William Oertli

I really enjoy it especially being able to save unique tunings I really wish tho u0026 I feel like we deserve to those having paid be able to save more than 3 unique tunings I mean come on guys Nick Drake was an alien Basically all 3 my tunings have to be used for his songs cause let s face it ain t nobody remembering his tunings by ear I do thoroughly enjoy as a reward for having paid for the first lvl access to all open tunings To be honest this app has opened a lot of musical doors for me                 Alan L

It is great to tune your instruments I have never used such a good tuner app it works great for guitar and bass The bass option was an extra 1 99 but 100 worth it in my eyes because it does such a great job My only concern is that i have to pluck my E string so it can hear it but thats my only complaint I recommend this to everyone who is a musician                     Jonah Parnaby

Simple easy to use and works on amp tones and unplugged guitars Has a manual setting that you can pick the string to tune or an automatic setting that recognizes what string you re tuning I m easily amazed but this is amazing I m in my 50 s so this might be old school stuff but I love it                     milton hughes

This app works great However it was using my mic in the background for 20 minutes without me even opening the app Note I havent used this app in a month so it s a little disconcerting So I m not sure if 20 minutes of recorded or unrecorded audio without my permission merits a good review can someone explain this possible bug I d be happy to rate it 4 stars but this bug kind of makes me uncomfortable     Bailey Town

It works well my only issue is you cant choose to tune in D standard or A It s for 6 string guitars so my 7 is s o l but I ve been playing for 25 years tuning by ear is no problem I use this app after having played my guitar for a month and always tuned it to itself then need to go back to a known key so I can record and send it to my buddy a die hard by the book player that insists I tune to known keys anyways apps cool has very fine sensitivity much needed for accurate tuning                 Dudius McThude

This is a great tuner I ve used it to tune guitars in pawn shops and surprised the employees there with how quickly and well the tuner works It s especially great when you re playing on the street and need to re tune when the weather changes over the course of the day                     James Lukins

i just use it to tune my guitar its really good for that it has a metronome which doesn t do all the key signatures and is annoying to use You can pay to do stuff i think and do more free stuff but i don t know what it doesn t push you to pay or have adverts at least i ve not found any good tuner i don t know anything about the other features                     SuzieMashup

I was in the fence about purchasing an additional tuning option for a while now Today I finally decided to make the purchase only to find out it isn t for sale anymore Even if you want just one additional tuning you have to subscribe and pay 1 99 per month ad infinitum That makes this a rather expensive tuner     Michael Barnett

The discounted price for the purchase of the pro version of this app is stated as 3 24 with a 64 discount But when I tried to purchase the pro version the price being mentioned at the Google Play checkout menu was 12 99 without taxes All other individual in app purchases show an increased price in the google app checkout page If this is intentional GuitarTuna should be sued for false advertising and deceit to its customers If it is a mistake fix it Show the correct price If this is happening because of my region fix it in my region     Aviral Dhakal

Easy to tune to perfect pitch Only there is a slight glitch after a few days I did another session and the tuning onall strings has gone down by about 5 in pitch although still perfect overall I retuned by decreasing all strings by 5 and a few days later the pitch would be go up by 5 again Quite perculiar Wonder if other users experience this phenomena                 Billy Yip

At first I was getting angry because I waa using the top knob to tune the first string then I realized that I was tuning the wrong one Once you know how to use the free version it gets easier It even worked with background sounds I will definitely be using thia app a lot                 WhiteHills205

Great but only one problem The Mic or whatever that listens to the chords in one of the mini games doesn t register times I play cords perfectly which get irritating since it happens too often Times where I should get a perfect score I don t because of this issue             Kevin Pena

this is by far the best app for tuning your guitar and is also the easiest to use I would definately recommend this app to other people who need a trustworthy and reliable app to tune their guitar with And you don t even need to tell it which note you are tuning because it automatically chooses the note that you are tuning And the best thing about it is Its free so if you need an accurate guitar tuner you know where to get one                     Kian Simmonds

I have been using this all for almost a year Since the day I got my guitar I ve used it for ukuleles and the manual tuning allows me to train my ears to the pitch Now I can almost tune my guitar to standard tuning with no outside assistance Reliable app that serves its purpose                     Devin Jones

It is ok type The big problem is that once you have tuned your guitar and another time you open to check that it is tuned it shows the strings to be too low or high even if you haven t touched the keys since last time         Ankit Messi 010

Great for tuning the guitar and learning chords I have a problem with the mic app not picking up on chords sometimes which is a bit annoying Also there should be indications as to which fingers to use on which strings I ve been doing some things wrong and didn t even know it until I noticed someone else playing them differently                 Just a Pilot
