First of all this is the only app where wifi Tethering works I have purchased the full version The app works overall My family can connect to my phone but after a while the Hotspot seams to freeze No new clients seem to able connect This is kind of annoying but I can live with it If the addressed issue gets resolved I will happily change my rating to five stars Keep up the good work                 WEASEL

Awesome For any one who s given this app a negative review then you don t understand WHY your device does not have tethering built in as one of your DROID features Anyone that has app working has done the research This app clearly bridges the gap on lower end DROIDS A simple NO ROOT FIX App working now for almost five years on several different DROIDS using tablets laptops and even PCs in the mountains of Colorado As long as your DROID has data you got net Best 7 I ever spent                     Tec Data

2 stars as this last update now won t allow my samsung tablet to connect It was working perfectly Whatever you did messed it up Prior to this i used it daily to connect my tablet for easier gaming streams and easier social media engagement as well as other info Internet in my area is expensive and this helped remove a huge financial burden         Mike Fontanazza

I ve been using this on u0026 off for years u0026 hate to give it such a low rating b c it s the only thing I can find that works But it only works well some of the time has lots of issues u0026 the PC app is a POS Also I sent a detailed email explaining some of the issues I ve run into so they could improve their FAQ to help others u0026 hopefully help figure out some of the issues I was still having but never received a response And finally it uses the GPS location permission which is unnecessary         Steve J

This app used to work perfectly with Windows 10 It survived many upgrades Now it doesn t even work I cannot seem to remove the driver so I can do a clean reinstallation PS I am on build 17763 678 Okay I take it back I needed to download build PdaNetA5105 for my PC Works like it used to                     Rick Martin

definitely 5 stars this is by far the perfect Wi Fi HotSpot Solution 4 my fone cuz im with a fone service that doesnt support the real built in HotSpot and with this app i have a new built in HotSpot thru it and my tethering is completely hidden Wi Fi Direct HotSpot saves me from my carrier shutting off my Unlimited Data Plan from tethering even wen its never allowed im no longer using the real built in HotSpot that came with the fone thank U developerz                     Blake Dambrino

The app works as stated and is extremely easy to set up I work from home doing IT support which requires remote access to company workstations Due to security settings using satellite internet only thing abailable there is a significant delay with the connection This is not the case with PdaNet Even with lower down up speeds PdaNet is so successfull at mimicing a hard wired broadband connection there is no delay Without it I would run out of hotspot data in less than a week thanks                     Christopher Robertson

My recommendation don t buy this app It needs updating to work with the latest Android OS It s a dissapointment now worked fine on my Moto G 6 then became buggy after I updated to Android Pie Fails to connect to my laptop crashes at times says I have two versions of PdaNet installed Shuts down abruptly for no reason and I have the paid version Needs fixing if this is a pay for play app If you sell a product make sure it works     Terry Cavender

great used it sense before hot spot came on phones worked great then and still kicks but on att 65 plan for teather mode direct wifi works just not on the 65 dollar plan but works fine on metro pcs 65 dollar plan you re phone dose matter to pos phones may lag from sending and receiving to much at once but thats not the app its the phone any galaxy phone even the cheap ones work amazing need 2 bars of service and u got teather net easy to set up lol for sure compared to the Motorola days                     Brandon Cole

Extremely useful when it works it may just be my computer but my cellphone continuously unplugs my usb connection over and over unless I restart my cellphone but as far as usb tethering this is the best app gives full speed unlike native usb tethering which is only 1mb for me this gives me all 4mbs my cellphone usually gets tested with speedtest on PC                 Reimu Daze

Trash The app required all devices to be running an app from PDA net Just make the host device broadcast a WiFi hotspot Even with the all devices running the PDAnet apps it doesn t work Don t waste your time     David George

best hotspot ever i have been trying to get a pda net which its called hotspot that allows you to browse your internet on your phone why waste your money on hotspot for 10 at cricket this saved me money except for the full version other than that ive had no issue with this app i have been using this for 5 years in order to use this you have to have a working phone number with data plan and for example i have 3 devices i want to use it but you would have to install pda net on other device                     Scott Johnson

This use to work flawlessly Now it won t recognize or see that an Android phone is trying to connect and the Android phone won t automatically see the available networks In addition after a start and stop so the network is recognizable I have to manually enter the random password I was able to live with different networks everytime but it just don t appear when I want it to         DC C

I paid for this year s ago back when the free version couldn t access secure websites and a lifetime license was around 15 It was well worth it and worked perfectly until recently I upgraded phones many times over the years and it always automatically registered my license number and said I had a paid account Since my last upgrade note 9 I no longer have the serial and no one can locate my information The app just doesn t work any more     Kari Miller

gonna give this a meh out of 5 the free app limits you to a certain amount of data before you have to restart it paid the amount for the ability not to deal with that and it worked great for a month or so and recently has been cutting off so frequently that I question why I paid for it in the first place both the PC and android app are up to date fix ur s         MOP

PC didn t have a Wifi card and I wanted to find an alternative to buying a card or dongle Other things mostly had cellular sharing and I didn t want to eat up my data Installed this on an retired phone for Wifi only tethering it works well Minor glitches sometimes but they re easily fixed for the price it s a good deal                     JamesGryphon
