Right I ve had enough now I ve recently had to refresh my chrome browser meaning all the sites have signed me out Dashlane auto filled every password wrong And because I changed them all using their password generator I had to go into the app find the site and get the password The puzzling bit is The app has the correct password stored but doesn t auto fill it correctly     Jordan Coles

I really want to give this a better review than Middle of the Road but here we are I got it for it s dark web monitoring and its ability to change passwords without you having to go in and do it yourself Which it only did for 2 od my 190 passwords Well I might be leaving it soon It does a great job sometimes A lot of the time it just never shows up when you need it to be there to log into places you have saved through the program Other times its overzealous             Mathew Ruley

This app will add bliss to your life Before dash I knew of the hardship that is the protection of your internet identity and it was torment trying to mentally remember every password only to have to recondition my mind to remember a new password due to the aggression of hackers carelessness of most websites And im sure most of us know what I m talking about in this day and age Trying to go it alone isn t all that plausible anymore with all this instability Use dashlane for your health                     Chris Rodriguez

It s awesome My one suggestion would be to have a phone backup as an available option So if I switch phones all I have to do is go into dashlane and download my backup and there are my contacts photos etc Since you guys are great at security that d be an easy sell for backing up private phone data                     Jonathan Wade

Lousy technical support Deceptive advertising They do not offer telephone support like other companies They should clearly state that in their advertising especially before they collect 60 00 for the Premium version every 12 months They only offer clunky deficient limited support by email or chat and only during limited hours It takes forever and does not work The agents are poorly trained and do not understand English thereby wasting the paying customers time     Dan G

This app is difficult to add simple items such as a date The date must be chosen from a small calendar If it is your birth date you must file through all the months until you reach that date Also I could not identify Credit card icons so choosing the card info I have to guess which icon might have the info I am looking for Not very happy with app at all especially after paying for the yearly fee             Grady McEvoy

Far too expensive for what it is There is no option to export or simply backup secure notes The final nail in the coffin was when I renewed my subscription and nothing happened I ve got a refund and will be moving to another password manager as soon as I find time to migrate         Mark Wilson

I ve always had a problem with dashlane insisting on jumping in when I don t want it and being totally absent when I do causing me to launch dashlane find the password I want then go back to where I needed it I still quite like it but am frustrated daily             Peter Scott

Great password manager and premium subscription is worth it for VPN for really low price VPN has recently stopped working since I upgraded to Android 10 which I m guessing is just a teething issue but I ll bump my rating back up to 5 star once this is fixed             Alex Banks

It s definitely better than remembering secure passwords but tricky to get the hang of it across all my devices I find all the passwords marked Android confusing I can t log into them from the app and when i do use an app and they kick in i have no idea which one is which The duplicate password warning doesn t seem to take account of sites with multiple log in options And I have to copy and paste changes to them manually It would be nice to have them all in the same place                 Yve Clark

I ve used several password managers over the past years Dashlane has been the best by far Easy to use and works seamlessly with Android phone and PC Only encountered one problem but it had nothing to do with Dashlane Exporting usernames u0026 passwords from old password manager to CSV file removed the leading zero from usernames that were numbers eg 01234567 became 1234567 This caused problems with some logins until I realised what had happened It was easy to fix the login in Dashlane                     CodeMaster

For a previous user from lastpass for years Dashlane for android is far convenient to its competition It just works well Current pricing on both are almost the same so it isnt much adjustment on the transition Would be nice to have family rate on its price with little bit of discount compared to individual accounts Need to point out that its good to still have paypal for payment system Some sites dont use this anymore but many dont want to put their card details to each site they transact                     Paul Andyson

Having been using Dashlane for over 3 years or so and have had great success no major issues Only had one issue when Dashlane wasn t saving passwords and found out through the app s tech support the app wasn t updating as usual I had auto update on and failed to perform Ever since never had any more issues                     Jerry Schwarten

Been using Dashlane for a long time Easy to manage passwords One MAJOR problem is my main OS does NOT work with the product The killer is that there is NO response from support Dashlane what happened You were good but can t even work in linux I finally got feedback about my linux problem but tech support described a android issues To date still no resolution with error logs from chrome extensionssd to linux screen shots This is a JOKE     A Google user
