The new CycleDroid – bike computer app version 1.8.2 has been updated on 2014-11-18. This is a wonderful application Exactly what you need to accurately track your cycle rides without a bunch of annoying ads and or limitations The given information is very comprehensive and well laid out and mapping is very accurate as well An outstanding feature is that tracking continues even if the device is in standby This is important because many riders will place their phones tablets in a pack or bag while riding So refreshing to see a program which works well and doesn t nag                     Darrell Hagan

Great app just found out it uses Google maps Even Satellite Veiw One complain I have is the marker for current position is the same color as the path you previously took so its harder to see Can an option be added to be able to pick from several colors like red or any other color to stand out                 J S

I love this app I wanted it primarily to measure distance and time it does both accurately although there are other counters that I don t use at the moment There are no annoying ads and it doesn t pester you to rate it in fact that s why I decided to write this review                     Negotiation is Over

I ve been using this app for a little over a year now and I have to say it s about as perfect as I need it to be I wanted something that was simple to use and gave me information to help me track my progress on my way to fitness The format is easy to navigate the tracking has been spot on and reliable the screen is easy to read while on the bike The only thing I could ask for is the ability to have different profiles files to separate the rides I do on my 2 bikes                     Jim Steinfadt

like the app keeps all the stats i need couldn t figure out how to create and save a new ride have a samsung s6 android 7 0 no add button in top bar what works is to tap on add bar just to left of 3 horizontal dots then to save tap in the center of the bar would be nice to be able to rearrange first screen like what s there but would prefer asc elevation instead of altitude but that s a small point since it s easy to swipe to next screen                     A Google user

I love this simple app It does just what I need without a lot of extra things to learn I can start it in seconds when I m ready to ride my trike keep track of mileages and my fitness improvements and check the map if I m lost I m happy to donate GPS works smooth and accurately with it For those who say the app loses position or stops working you may need an app that keeps GPS running even when mapping apps are in the background or the display is off I use GPS Locker by SilentLexx and the GPS finds its position super fast and remains locked on My device is a Samsung S5 running Android 6                     Carol

As with Graham below worked perfectly for first 2 outing never done anything since Despite comments from designer I have no problems with gps as Google maps fine and left it open and on for over an hour cycle so waiting 20 mins does not work either and have started from home each time so can t blame built up or not as worked at first Galaxy 3 user     Stopped working Bernie Kenna

quality apps are rarity these days so when I see in at an app that does exactly what I wanted to do without costing any money and without bombarded me with advertisements and constantly trying to sell me stuff I need to give it the credit that it s due this app will measure the distance of your bike ride it ll show you the routes it ll give you some cool stats it s very easy to use and navigate I ve never had any problems with crashing or not working Look no further this app is the better                     functional stable free easy to use lots of cool features Bradley Hoevel

The app recorded my ride but when I tried to share on Facebook it seems to have frozen I apparently get to a Facebook window but no way to publish Would be nice to be able to publish route map but there doesn t seem to be an option It would be nice to actually post on Facebook so I ll probably look for another app Oh and the buttons are hard to find basically white on light grey I don t like to have to hunt for vital functions             Hamby Stuart

This app is very good and works well to a point For example the altitude is not as accurate as you would like When I start and stop my trip at the same location my truck the altitude is exactly the same However the app shows my start and stop altitudes to be as much as 100 feet different where the should be the exactly the same So you have to wonder if the app is not reporting the altitude correctly what other reading are also not being reported correctly             Very good app Robert Smyth

Worked great on my moto g cell phone it grabbed the GPS signals well Showing all my info creating a map of my whole route and able to up load all my data to Facebook It was fun to use and all that crucial info helps to reach ones goals while out riding I took some hard shocking roots and really bounced on my bike as well as driving thru so heavy tree cover all during a rain storm So very pleased with your software thanks                 gerry miles

Good app Ran through a bunch of My Tracks replacements when Google killed that app this is the only one that did its job without trying to sell me something every day Only four stars because the creator has ceased development and the csv file it creates will save coordinates but not as far as I can tell data on mileage time elevation etc                 Works fine for me Rob Schlotterbeck

Very happy with this app Everything I need in an easy to read format So far seems very accurate Simple to set up I love the graphic displays Plug in your sex age weight and calories burned are displayed Not sure how accurate the calorie counter is but it s likely a good enough tool for estimations                     Perfect bike logger David Sonnier

Downloaded on the trailhead and had it ready for maiden voyage simply After the initial trip I spent some time exploring the app and discovered just how much information that was being logged Many miles u0026 trips later and still 0 complaints No crashes No odd occurrences Runs smooth on S4 foreground or background Even when running Internet radio on mediocre data signal Great job                     Simple u0026 Effective Micheal Franklin

After AllSportGPS which had a reliable elevation gain read out was discontinued I tried a dozen cycling apps and yours is the best All others have been deleted What I sorely miss is ELEVATION GAIN Could you please install it I live in the mountains so elevation is everything                     Almost perfect for me Alexandre Diakiw

The distance and speed seem pretty accurate The same course gives me within a few hundredths of a mile even with 19 21 satellites so that s acceptable The calorie and fat burned are bogus however I take my dog on a 3 mile lap at 7 5 mph and then go 4 miles at 16 mph and it believes I burn 80 more with my dog I ve checked online calculators and they all completely disagree             Distance and speed are great Matthew K

Like most of what it does App should ask a few questions like what kind of bike to make the calorie count more accurate Altitude is always too high at the beginning of a ride When you begin and end at the same place the net change should be zero Not a hundred feet Minor point for most of us but it makes me question what else is off                     Great app with minor issues Brad H
