The free individual apps have better functionality If this app loses focus during a rest it doesn t have the countdown beeps in other apps and will occasionally close and not give a notification to continue Even when you do get a notification returning to the app will sometimes not take you back to the workout you were in the middle of Additionally the UI without a large button in the middle means that you can t use this app in splitscreen and watch a video at the same time             Aidan Chisum
I used to love this program when it first came out but then the functionality went bust I was so surprised to see a shiny new app icon one day realizing they had revived it Having completed the program it really works and drives you to goals quicker than you thought possible Thanks for taking the time to bring this app back to life it s much appreciated                     Chris Wilson
I love this app been using it for about 3 years now helps so much with the AF fitness test It has taken me from low failing scores to maxing out the pushups and sit ups portions of the test If i could make one request to add could we get some way to do a workout rotation example in a workout i like to alternate between Pushups and squats could we get an interface that with do that for us basically do a set of Pushups rest do a set of squats rest ect and customize it                     HIROX
Honestly I liked the old UI better Current UI seems to has a bug where if you finish and exercise and start the rest time switch apps and them come back it wipes out the timer and you have no idea how much you should be resting Bit odd             Caleb Wood
Great app to start tracking your progress with incremental increases with the numbers calculated for you Some of the workouts involve a rapid growth thats hard to keep up with But if you go into it expecting to repeat a couple workouts until you can complete them this can be a great tool                 Marc Cook
All in all it s a good app but I do wanna mention that for me it s not really 6 weeks half way through and it took me 8 so far i find myself repeating workouts a lot Also about the last update I really miss the graph view it helps you watch progress over time                 Noam Lahmi

I like having multiple workouts in 1 app and having the last round of each workout as a max test I m assuming it adjust the next weeks workouts based on your max efforts but can t say for sure I would only change a couple things 1 have a countdown timer to start the hold workouts like planks I miss a couple seconds after hitting the button 2 it would be nice to adjust the count time after the round i get a couple extra seconds on my max round between hitting start and hitting stop                 Elliott Long

This app is not a personal trainer but its a great and simple program that helps push your limits weekbyweek If you want real results that last look no further                 Simply great
One gets one fit Just do it with a great tool to incentivise However I note from September onwards the Arm Dip exercise at beginning of Week 4 suddenly ramps up the target numbers and progressively tapers off towards end of Week 6 Normally targets are built up over the weeks not in reverse Other exercises graduated targets ok Be prepared for some real hard yards after Week 6 if restarting at Week 4                 Tool does not get one fit but

This is a great app worth the price I use the timing system and rep counter for all kinds of stuff not just the recommended exercises I just used the pullup regimen to get better at handstand pushups I like it a lot and use it when I travel                 Solid and Helpfu love it

With the help of some cycling to work for cardio I am loving this                 So far so good
Its good but if only there was an easier way to put all six workouts into one rotating series instead of having to backup and select the next one after each set              Its good but
I thoroughly enjoy this app I find it really helpful to have the route to the goal laid out and I think its really cool that at the end of every week Ive feel like Ive gone to my limit and then the next week I have the strength to go fartherI hope that he will add his Lunges program in soon though for the time being Ill just use the squat progression I would also love to see suggestions for combination schedules and which challenges to combine based on goals                
I used this app in the air force to help me be better prepared for fitness tests I love it so much that I still use it 2 years after getting out Its great to use with the couch to 5k app because you can coordinate the workouts and get a good workout several times a week in under an hour for each My workouts are 4045 minutes long 60 minutes if I extend my cardio My only issue is I wish I could sync my workouts through my devices so I can use my iPod when my phone dies              I this app
Great beginners app This app if great if you only have time for one or two exercises a day It keeps track of your progress I use all but the dips I have dumbbells for triceps I know after I have hit all my goals with this app I will be ready to go back and join a gym                 Great beginners app
