Idea is very good to find location by gps and via internet But app is not working as told by developer Even after availability of net and gps it does not work Developers pse pay attention otherwise remove it from play store it will save money and time of peoples     ashok kumar

Update Mostly fixed Bought pro subscription for my Android plus pro family subscription to cover my kids iPhones Cannot reliably track stealth ping or even track iPhones via message Last update on both iPhones is 30h old Useless at present Also kids do not have pro features even tough their app says pro subscription expires Dec 17                 David H

I was seeking a family tracking app that would support home automation through geofencing and thus the app had to be accurate reliable and provide fast geofence notifications Family Tracker with Pro Features meets all my requirements The phone and web apps could be more intuitive but this is only a minor inconvenience Possibly the best feature is the support team They are very responsive and helpful when you have questions                     Terry Mitchell

Do not purchase You cannot trust this app It won t update location for hours at a time Your kids could be hundreds of miles away before this app will tell you anything Stealth ping does nothing Don t waste your money Read the Reuters story closely it does not say what they say it says This app will not help you     Dave Barker

My wife and I both got brand new Samsung S9 plus phones We used this app on our old note 5s with no problems for a very long time We wanted to use it on our new S9s but my phone will send her the permission email however she never gets the email thus I can not track her without her permission We checked the spam and junk folders even signed her up for a Yahoo account and tried it that way Nothing works uninstalled the apps and reinstalled old email address and the new ones spam and junk folders resend email functions nothing I even have this app purchased and not the free version Too bad this was such a useful app     Shaun Lukesh

We have 5 other family locator applications and this has proved to be the most accurate within a few hundred feet Best of all it works great on either platform Android or Apple The pro features are well worth the money Customer service is outstanding As an added bonus you can use either the real time map on their web site or your app This app has honestly helped rebuild trust issues in our relationship This app is exactly what we needed                     A Google user

Love this app have used it for a while now and have just upgraded to the pro version My wife is what a vulnerable adult and does go out on her own with her electric scooter during the day while I am at work Invaluable on the odd occasion she has phoned me to say she is lost A quick ping and I can see exactly where she is Just a question about the pro geofencing can you set it below 500m The slider looks as if it can go to a smaller zone but won t 100m or even 50m zones would be great                     Steven McHale

The price of this app is misleading We wanted it to track our son so we pd 4 99 for my phone and then 4 99 for wife s phone then pd 3 99 for son s iPhone Should be one price for one account Than you have to pay 1 99 a month I assume for each phone for so called premium features             Andrew Milen

I love this app it helps me know if my son is where he says he is and it s for his safety and my sanity I have the upgrade and I love the features it has I can t figure out why this app has a 3 5 rating it s so much better than that                     dana pogue

It s not 100 accurate but it s close The location of the person is a bit off But they are also going off Data and not Wifi Update 6 23 17 Today it keeps telling me network error I forced closed the app But still hasn t fixed it What s going on             l. v.

Half the features dont work Supposed to log location every 20 minutes but sometimes goes hours between logging locations Stealth ping doesnt work at all Waste of money     A Google user

This one I did go with the upgrade but even without it it was a good app Consistently accurate when all parties are participating Like all other tracking you can turn off gps etc to stop your location from being seen The upgrade is worth the money as it is a one time payment which is cheap and is good for life                     Tried at least ten trackers K M Nguyen
